More from Piedmonte trip. Yes Sauv Blanc from Novello?? So frickin good and visiting with Romy & Peter the highlight of the trip. Eating, drinking beautiful wines and listening to everything from Zappa to Pablo Casals Bach suites, doesn't get much better than that. Their Barbara and Nebbiolo (Torbido) are world class wines.

Apr 27th, 2023This is a traditional germanesque Sauvignon Blanc from Piemonte?!? Grassy, almost tequila bouquet, with a completed different palate of toasted brioche and jalapeño butter. Must have.

Very creamy and fresh Sauvignon Blanc in land's of red wines...
Ripe grapes, skin contact in fermentacion, natural yeast, 3 years of exhausted barrique without moving the wine...result: a powerfull white wine, strong in flavours and in structure, that after the first glass make you feel better!
