Complex, well balanced expression of fruit, phenolics, minerality and acidity.

Honey, beeswax, petrol/oil, eucalyptus, some oak. Good acidity. Drink with food

Fine cortese, easy to drink. Nice balance between fruityness and minerality. Great drink.

Soft, like laying in a field of white flowers and camomile listening to the trickle of a distant brook. This is a layered wine that wants fresh air (decant) to bloom. All Bio-D

Nose of pennies and rose. Acidic, with notes of lemon and chalk. Finish reminds me of other Piemonte wines (maybe leathery?)

Honeycomb, herbaceous, great acidity. Muah

Floral notes on the nose, high acidity, lemony/salty finish. Good pairing with the cacio e pepe fried gnocchi.
