Absolutely fascinating aged white from Piedmont. Quite Amber in the glass. Pretty rich and mouth filling. Acid is restrained, but still very interesting. Enjoyed.

The cola leaf really translates to the palate. Racy, medium to high acidity, a bit of zucchini almost, this sort of light herbal/vegetal character. Almost reminds me of mushroom-forward sakes.
Good and interesting in all the right ways…
