Light purple in the glass. Medium body on the palate. A bit earthy on the tip of the tongue along with some spice. A nice lingering and spicy finish. Detected some cherry on the palate and finish. The last of my case of wine I brought back with me from Tuscany. I'm surprised I held on to this for so long. This wine aged very nicely.
