Light Amber liquid. Purchased at Bottles and Bitters in S. San Francisco for around $50. Yasss. Cuts the richness of artichokes and mayo nicely.

Good smoke and pepper up front, well balanced throughout with slight sweet finish. Excellent sipping tequila...wouldn't mix or mess with this anejo too much cause it's great!
