Biotite Vinho Verde White Blend
Flinty minerality is still there, although time has brought out honeyed apples and candied lemon.

Apr 17th, 2015The power of CO2 is amazing. This wine is still a limpid, pale yellow green. Some slightly funky, wet stone elements on the nose conjure a vaguely Chenin like vibe. Off dry entry with the CO2 saving the day for freshness, at least at cellar temp.
