Aug 12th, 2015Firstly, this wine is bottled on its Lees and therefore, is not a clear.
Wine is hazy with medium lemon colour.
It has a clean pronounced intensity on the nose. You first get the yeast and bready notes from the lees then fresh grape and green apple behind that.
The palate is clean with pronounced intensity, high acid and low alcohol. It is full bodied but this could be an effect of the lees. Very fine creamy mosses. The finish is medium.
This is a good easy drink Prosecco.

Easily the most interesting and enjoyable prosecco I've ever tasted. Big body, citrusy, length, so good.
