Glass staining color. Some signs of maturity with forest floor and mushroom on the nose as well as cedar, stewed plumb and blackberry bramble. Tannins are silky smooth but with a slight grip on the finish. Blackberry, cloves, cedar, and blueberry jam on the palate. Medium finish. The last bottle of a Gary Vaynerchuk special from years ago.

Тельное, спиртуозное с высокой кислотностью. Танины интенсивные, вяжущие. Вкус немного уступает аромату, но, в целом, насыщенный. Великолепно! (16.08.2018)

2001 Carver Sutro Petite Sirah Palisades Vineyard Napa Valley. Super dark and dense. Mellow. 14.4% alcohol. Woodsy cherry. Meaty. Fruity cedar bouquet. Drinking exceptionally well. 1/25/2014.
