Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark red, almost purple with aromas of jammy dark fruits and big hit of spice. The palate shows blackberry and tart cherry flavors with pepper spice with drying heavy tannins. The wine is full bodied with a spicy oak finish. Not a fan. Tasting Sample.

Deep purple color and medium bodied. High acidity. Ripe dark berry fruit and a touch of oak with medium tannins on the finish. Tasty easy drinking cab. Went well with our BBQ ribs.

Moderately cheap wine with priceless friends. Decently round red fruit. It'll do till I break out the Zin for steak-y dinner.

Gorgeous garnet-purple coloring. Great legs. Smells like my favorite types of cab, dark, supple berries on the nose. Subtle taste, lightly sweet, not too tannic, goes down really easy. Delicious Cab!!

Nice, young fresh cab. Almost made me think of a Virginia cab. Enjoyed it at a tasting, but paired with a steak found it very lacking. As a drinker it is nice, bit not enough body or depth to pair with typical cab sauv paintings. Take it for what it is, and its a nice wine. Don't think you're getting a CA cab bargain however...
