Svarta vinbär och körsbär i ljuvlig förening. Bra frukt och tanniner fortfarande. Källardoft innan ordentlig luftning. Härligt fjällsemestervin, bra till carbonara, bolognese och gulaschsoppa men för kraftigt till köttbullar och potatismos.
