Vosne-Romanée Pinot Noir

Soft, integrated, worked great with Tartin cheddar crackers

Smoky robust delish.

Way too young but so good. Needed lots of air to show the purity of the excellent 2011's.

Lovely fruit and body. Extremely enjoyable

The nose on this one smelled of earth. Jennifer said that it smelled like horse stable. The sommelier said this was "brett" which is a bacteria which is common in old oak barrel aged wines. Some people love it but some do not. This is NOT for Jennifer. It gives the wine a very distinct "old world" flavor.

Dinner at the Paris in Vegas. Nicholas was supremely helpful.

Bright red berries. Refreshing. Still very young and waiting for the bright acid notes to round out with age.

Good extract, but needs more acidity.
