This Israeli Cab has a nose which shows the grapes, not so much the wood. Only eight months in oak means this Cab displays plenty of ripe cherry and plum flavors. The oaky notes are kept to a minimum. The palate follows suit, with a bushel basket of fruit, easy on the staves.

very cheap cab.
surprisingly inoffensive.
was put as a welcome gift to my in-laws staying at the dead sea.
this is mostly black fruit with medium minus acidity and hints of tannins.
