Monterey County Pinot Noir

Ruby with red fruit aromas and spicy notes. On the palate flavors of tart cherry and raspberry with herb and smoky tones. Grainy tannins, high acidity with smoky notes on a medium finish, ending somewhat rough.

Great drinking wine, soft and not dry or sweet! Great with pizza.

Had a coupon for a free bottle of wine with dinner. Surprisingly nice. Went well with a Cesar’s salad too. And fine with eggplant Parmesan.
