Rosella's Vineyard Syrah

Mike Officer doesnt make a syrah that is less than superb. This one is still on the very young end of it's life. Wait 5 more years.

Dark, dense and brooding Syrah that I opened too soon. Went well with grilled rib eye. With air some brighter citrus, spice and olive notes emerged.

Big yet complex and elegant, this just barely stood up to BBQ

Balanced fruit and acidity guessed it right in blind. Mike officer knows his shit

Drinking fine. No heat, just chunky blackberry and a touch of spicy meat. Killer
