Rosé in a fuller style although very short maceration (what gives with sangiovese and cab?). Lots of red fruit mixed with herbs and slight citrus notes. First rosé I’ve tried from area, so I don’t know about typicity, but it is clearly a good choice with some cured pork meat (and some local, briny olives please!).
