Finally, the third of three bottles was not corked. It's fresh and lean, but a bit more flesh would have improved it. Bright, scalpel-clean nose of tart, crisp cherries and freshly cracked stones, with a floral note. Lean, crisp, and minerally in the mouth.
Update: Night 2 it showed much richer, clingier cherry liqueur fruit. Full body too. Upping it to 8.8.

Hmm. First bottle wicked corked. Second bottle very slightly corked, but you can detect some nice fruit and lively acids. I have one more. I hope it's not corked too, because I think this would otherwise be good.
