Young but very good. Will be much better in a few years.

Garnet color. Aromas of tobacco, spice, dried cherries, wet earth, and smoky notes. Med + body and tannins, round, with additional notes of cassis, marshmallow, and cherries. Med + finish. Definitely has room to improve with age. Lots of complexity!

족발과 페어링 첫입에 기름기가 부드럽게 잡히고 탄닌감과 묵직한 바디감이 인상적
시간이 지날수록 짙어지는 초콜릿향과 오크향이 코에 진하게 남는다

We discovered this wine at a Japanese hot springs resort in Kumamoto, Japan. We were gratified to have it while enjoying our last course of Wagyu beef.

重厚かつ複雑な味、イタリアらしい酵母臭、滑らかなタンニンは申し分ありませんが、ちと甘すぎかもです。
