Fruit forward: Blackberries, fleshy, gamey and lush. Great mouth watering finish. Super easy drinking. Love it! Medium body leaning to the lighter end of spectrum. 2008 vintage.

2007 Little nose with a fairly dark red color with some browning at the edges with a fairly full body with little complexity & very little evidence of varietal expressions and a short aftertaste. not a winner.

Really underrated Etna Rosso - 12 months in steel, 36 in oak, another 12 in steel - lends an awesome flavor profile. #qprsuperstar #etnaonfire

To many tannis. Hard to drink by itself. It might be good with a really savory dish.

Luckily a friend brought this over and I didn't purchase it. For being a 2009, the tannins were still too powerful and I couldn't appreciate any fruit - maybe because I have a cold. Either way, this will not be back on my table.
