Pear, minerality of the sea, a little lemon, medium acidity (less than the Orvieto, a bit smoother). I like it and reminds one of a summer seascape. Had chilled; had with with fish.

High acid but tasty. I let this open for several hours before it was enjoyable to me as I’m very sensitive to acid.
