Blend of 60% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% of each Croatina and Oseleta, maceration for 25 days, aged for 30 months in oak and another 12 months in the bottle, deep Ruby with aromas of dried dark fruits, citrus, spice and herb. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with notes of fig, cacao, flint and mineral tones. Soft smooth tannins well balanced with acidity on a long spicy finish. Just starting to drink well. Pair this with beef short ribs! 3200 cases made, 900 cases imported.

Oct 15th, 2024Needs 10 minutes to open up like preheating the oven before stuffing it with the meat, Haha. Seriously tho, this is at first was light bright and crisp but given some time reveals a lush deepness with plumb, hint of pepper, dark Italian cherry or tart cranberry. It’s dry and Perfecto!
