Blend of 60% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% of each Croatina and Oseleta, maceration for 25 days, aged for 30 months in oak and another 12 months in the bottle, deep Ruby with aromas of dried dark fruits, citrus, spice and herb. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with notes of fig, cacao, flint and mineral tones. Soft smooth tannins well balanced with acidity on a long spicy finish. Just starting to drink well. Pair this with beef short ribs! 3200 cases made, 900 cases imported.

May 28th, 2021Needs 10 minutes to open up like preheating the oven before stuffing it with the meat, Haha. Seriously tho, this is at first was light bright and crisp but given some time reveals a lush deepness with plumb, hint of pepper, dark Italian cherry or tart cranberry. It’s dry and Perfecto!

v16. Very good! Soft fresh cut cedar nose. Rich, juicy black Cher and soft spicy plum fruit. Clean, smooth, mocha, dried herb and leather finish. Enjoyable!
