60% Pinot Bianco/30% Chard/10% Sauvignon Blanc. Love this stuff. Remember liking it long ago but love it now. Crisp lemon along with that richer lemon custard, honeysuckle, and great minerality. Love the roundness the Chard gives. Great blend.

Colour of rich lemon - aromas of white flowers, verbena and herbs. A nice combination of a fulsome palate with zesty acidity - not unlike many Italian whites. A Pinot Bianco predominant blend and a great match with fresh Coffin Bay oysters, shucked this morning.
