Really nice shape for this age, I think. As it sat it opened up more and continuously changed. Loved it.

Love this, and sad only one more left in the cellar.

Fruit, fruit, fruit. Lovely field blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. Sunny day wine, making a sunny day even when dark. A picnic wine with bright Sauvignon notes. Lemony goodness and citrus.

A satisfying white blend that I would recommend that you make sure is about 50 degrees before you serve. First glass at fridge temp was ok but no expressive enough. Over time the honey and minerals really came out

I'm very impressed. Recommended at Costantini in Rome. Chard, Pinot blanc, sauv blanc. Textured, rich, solid acidity, good fruit. So good!

First try of a case that recently arrived from Italy. Very nice white with ample body, sprightly acidity, and mellow apple character. I feel like this will get better for the next couple years.

Floral at first that ends in a slight oak. Pairs nicely with Italian crudo and pasta. #scarpetta
