Needs time but so integrated and balanced already.

Pale yellow green color with pear, lemon, white flower and lemongrass aromas. On the palate, it's dense, and tangy with bright acidity, and white peach, lemon, hint of apple flavors with a wonderful mineral note and a lingering sweet finish. Blend of 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc

You cant do anything but love this basic bottling from Cantina Terlan. Balanced, nice acidity, refreshing but serious. One year since my last bottle and this has kept improving. Will drink well for atleast couple of years.

Alto Adige on full display with tart bitterness of pitted fruits and slate. Lush tropical notes and a hint of vanilla (the Chard?) round out the frame. Not much of a finish to speak of. Crisp enough for seafood, but with a ripeness that will pair well with a host of cheeses or your favorite South Asian hot sauce. QPR heaven too!

My, oh my. Full bodied with a kick of subtle acidity. Good for a glass on its own, but definitely will try pairing with seafood of sort next time! YUM.

Deliciously flinty! Not a hint of oak to be found - just right.
