The 2021 Fiorfiore, a varietal Grechetto, lifts from the glass with spicy, ginger-tinged crushed apricots and savory herbs. It's softly textured and round, with ripe orchard fruits contrasted by lime hints. It finishes with a slight bitter tinge yet leaves the palate completely refreshed. Tasty. Very light. Dry.

Lots of pleasant acidity and tons of subtle notes. Needed to let it warm up a bit first - don’t overchill this one.
