Light to medium greenish yellow. A little bit of cream on the nose but just a touch with layers of honeysuckle, lemon zest and some tropical notes too. Crisp and zippy attack on the palate. Medium plus acidity (6.5/10) and light plus bodied. Layered palate with notes of citrus and stone fruits, lemon, limes and white floral notes. Solid minerality throughout providing some pleasant complexity. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2020. | Sample provided by Ethica Wines.
