Served double blind. Very light pink color. Gorgeous nose of bright raspberries and citrus. Bright lemon citrus on the palate. Steely. High acid and light bodied. Comes across extremely fresh. Guessed Franciacorta...I wasn’t far off but holy smokes this was a surprise. Not your great aunt’s Lambrusco!

Like the part in Willy Wonka where they drink the Fizzy lifting drinks and float joyously in the air. Lovely apple, pear, grapefruit flavors. Wonderfully smooth bubbles. Dances across the palate like a sexy ballerina. An Excellent celebration wine!
