Decanted 60-90 min and still totally closed and clenched on first sip. After 30-60 min glass it starts to come alive. Tart cherry and rose aromatics. Electric acidity. Incredible w pork&strawberries. Wouldn’t touch it for at least 10yrs but it’s special.
