Never had a negroamaro rose before. Decent rose. Good structure with ample acidity. Had some strawberry and autumn fog spice as well. If paired well could really liven up. Had it with Spanish paella and used it in recipe. Liked it

Looks like a strawberry Jolly Rancher. Smells like McIntosh apple skins and the white mesocarp of watermelon had a freakish baby. Tastes like those things with a rhubarb twang. Dry but with a nice fruit/acid harmony and firm, mouthwatering tannins. More, please. #rosato #pinkitalian #negroamaro #salento

This one hit the spot. 100% Negroamaro. Fuller on the palate with a great tangy finish. Balanced with vibrant acidity. A great QPR at $10. Well suited for food to boot.
