Floral, ripe peach, yellow Apple and saline. M+ intensity. Ripe lemon. Smells like the sea. M+ acid. M+ body. Long lingering finish.

Stony but with a bit of peach on the nose. Quite complex with medium acidity.

Med + intensity on the nose with aromas of white blossom, hay, lemon juice, ripe peach, pineapple, some ginger and lots of saline on the nose and even more on the palate. Nice and refreshing acidity (med +) with the palate dominated by peach, yellow apples and lots of pleasantly lingering saline. Given the concentration of flavors and strong backbone, I would love to see the evolution of this wine in the next 10 years.

Perfectly balanced and refreshing Greek white. I love it particularly with a fresh Greek salad as a full dinner or just sitting on the couch as a sipping wine.
