Beautiful and delicate. Some petrol on the nose, but predominantly floral. Palate is perfectly balanced. Salty, floral, wet stone. Super long.

Rich and round with prominent oak bringing out the Chardonnay Chablis-like aspects of Assyrtiko rather than the Sauvignon blanc citrus. Quite good.
