Sep 20th, 2020Vintage 2017 / Made from Xarel-lo, Chardonnay and Macabeu. It was perfect with scrambled eggs for breakfast (it’s Sunday, don’t think wrong about me) and now with oysters for lunch. Citrus in taste. Also strong Chardonnay impression, flowers. Vibrant taste. Biowine. 30 months sir lie. Great p/q.
