NV Sunday lunch outside with this house cava in the glass - happy!

Vintage 2017 / Made from Xarel-lo, Chardonnay and Macabeu. It was perfect with scrambled eggs for breakfast (it’s Sunday, don’t think wrong about me) and now with oysters for lunch. Citrus in taste. Also strong Chardonnay impression, flowers. Vibrant taste. Biowine. 30 months sir lie. Great p/q.

Pale lemon; medium intensity aromas of lemon, lime, green apricot, green apple, anchovy, rubber, blossom; dry, medium plus acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors of citrus, green stone fruit, earthy rubber, subtle savory anchovy; medium finish

Nose: Smoky lemon and apple, hint of tar (just a hint) and white flowers.

Palate: lots of citrus and crisp apple, almost seashell/saline minerality mixed in with stones and touch of smoky tar on finish.

I liked this more than other delectable users! Nothing fancy, but it did have stony minerality and bright floral approach.
