Crap, was planning to wait longer, but didn't check before I popped and poured. Notes from 2 hrs open. On the nose: intense spice, wild mushroom, candied strawberry and soft menthol. On the palate: lovely acidity, black cherry, pomegranate, cinnamon...good density, and finely grained tannin on the finish. Very good now, but will undoubtedly improve with age.
