Pop and pour (!). Nowhere near the brett levels of previous btls. A lovely PN. On the nose: that CE mushroom funk, a hint of va, soft wild strawberry perfume, soft herbs. On the palate: fantastic acidity, soft plum, and soft vanilla, great density, still a lot of velvety tannin on the finish. On par with the 18 amd 16, not as good as 15 and 17 imo.

Bright brilliant red color. Beams of red fruit. The funk is in the background, for now. Drinks well now but this is going to kick ass in a few years

Holy funk on the nose. A little cold when we opened it. Best when decanted. A lighter, bright fruit Pinot with some nice complexity and a long finish. Surprisingly decent with Fritos.
