Bold yet elegant & interesting #cotesdurousillonvillages red blend: 60% #mourvedrè 40% #grenache. Nose presents with heady bramble fruit, cassis and a hint of dried mint and thyme. Taste features the big wave of black and purple fruit offset by healthy acidity, continued dried herb and slightly spicy notes towards the end and soft tannins on the finish. This evolution a day in the wine fridge suggests this could easily age for 5 - 8 years.
