This is magical...
Expansive nose of sweet tobacco, soy sauce and a hint of cloves.
On the palette, it's plush and expansive. Fleshy black fruits lead into a big tannic structure, which we love. The wine has a long tail, which finishes sweet, with a kiss of acidity. This needs a little more time in the bottle, but it's already very classy.

Visited Caldwell in Feb 2017 and met John F'n Caldwell in person. This is an excellent Napa Cab. Still young and will only get better. Ryan, our host was awesome.

What a monster. Strawberry jam followed by big tannins and an incredibly long finish. Outstanding even this young.
