Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, honeysuckle and herbs. On the palate flavors of fresh crisp apple, melon, grapefruit and lemon zest, vivid acidity nicely balanced. Long crisp finish ending with a citrus mineral character. Very Nice!

I am trying to learn to drink Sauvignon Blanc. This one was pretty good. Consumed 12/24. Alcohol 13.9% by volume. Interesting that it is fermented in 97% stainless steel, 2% concrete egg, and 1% neutral French oak.
