Napa Valley Chardonnay

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and spice scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A beautiful Chardonnay.

About 95% of grapes sourced from Carneros, aged about 8 months on 1/3 new oak with 20% of wine going through malolactic fermentation. Aromas of ripe stone fruits with slight honey oak scents. On palate complex flavors of ripe apple, peach & lemon zest, balanced with good acidity & great mouthfeel. Long finish ending with fruit, wet stone and toasty character. Very nice, will age well.

High expectations but it was disappointing, end up being an OK wine, nothing special

This is a very nice Chardonnay from Napa Valley. Well-balanced and easy drinking.

Showing citrus, lemons, apples, pears, light spices, minerals, oak and light vanilla.

Showing a nice mouthfeel with nice complexity.

This is a nice surprise as it is not too much in your face kind of wine, which is what I expected.

Will age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

I had it by the lake. Delicious all by itself.

Aged in French oak barrels (33% new) for 8 months.
