A bit hot at first, but loads of fruit and cured meat. Drinking perfectly now.

Yes it has alcohol (it is from Cakebread of course) but the fruit comes through with a soft and enjoyable experience. Drink now .

Aged nicely. Round, smooth tannins. Started out with baked and stewed blueberries, blackberries, and plums. As it opened up, got gamier, very leathery. More sanguine aromas the longer it sits. Peppercorn and dry herbs. Wow.
