A blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Merlot and Cabernet Franc, deep Ruby with aromas of red fruits, floral, herbs and smoky oak. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry and plum flavors with dried herb notes, cacao, tobacco and toasty notes. Fine ripe sweet tannins, long finish ending with fruit and an earthy smoky herb mineral spice character. Nice!

Pops up on mothers day to celebrate with the family. Still young and plenty of life. Heavy and bold wine with lots of blackfruits and some raspberry. Find it lacking minerality and herby profile from a typical super tuscan or pomerol.

Complex aromas of fruit, wood and herbs. Full-bodied with great balance and an intense finish. This was gorgeous after decanting for an hour and I can’t imagine how wonderful this will taste in a few years time.

An amazing combination of ripe blackberry, cacao, coffee and silk tanin. This is the best value in a great 2016 vintage of Super Tuscans. It will hold another 20 years apparently but I'm going to need another case. It's ready to waft in the glass now
