Last pull for Thanksgiving and man it did not disappoint. Hit all the notes I look for in a cab: big black fruit, balance, structure and layers of depth.

Spectacular. Big brooding fruits on the nose with cremé brûlée and homemade vanilla ice cream. The wine envelopes your mouth in a velvet layer of roasted cherries in cola and a mild white pepper finish. Delicious.

Such mature, refined flavour from oh-so-young vines. Outrageously good from Plumpjack DNA, could go for 10+ years.
