Well balanced. Very consistent from nose, front to back of palette. Great finish. No sharp edges and lots of fruit left. Better than I remember. — 9 years ago
Hints of sweet perfume, asphalt and pepper on the nose. Still somewhat tightly wound, with nice tannins an acid. Awesome mountain cab. — 9 years ago
Young and tight. Opened up after an hour. Big mountain fruit. — 10 years ago
Very light nose with mild fruit, earth, spice and graphite. Dark and hiding fruits on the palate, lots of mocha and pepper on the finish. Very long finish. The tannins in this wine are high and it is built to age. With time it will become more and more complex. Decant 1 hour. Good now, hold if you're patient. — 9 years ago
Really big. Predominant front palate with fading front to back nicely. Great acid and tannins. Big toast and vanilla. — 9 years ago

Spectacular. Big brooding fruits on the nose with cremé brûlée and homemade vanilla ice cream. The wine envelopes your mouth in a velvet layer of roasted cherries in cola and a mild white pepper finish. Delicious. — 9 years ago
