Old method, crown cap, and a good bed of sediment! These are the wines that change the expectations for prosecco! Dry, good acid, and fringed with some great flavor/aromatics like stone fruit, yellow apple, and event some salinity!

As far as Prosecco go this is one of the best I have ever had. Excellent bead, very Champagne in appearance. The aroma is an orchard fruit melange of pears and tart apples. Minerality for days, juicy, elegantly refined, purity and length are what set this ahead of the other sugar bomb Prosecco.
