Delicious. This is gaining some complexity, but still isn't as rich as the 2011.

honeysuckle orange pith, with fields of white flowers, w/ a bright tangerine on the nose, the weight that drives the mineral & acidity for layers, mind racing with good ideas.

How fun! A white Bordeaux made with all three grapes. A very nice balance. It says it can sit for a decade. Interesting to try in a couple of years.

Despite only 5% oak and mostly concrete aging, I'm getting a lot of toasty oak character and creaminess from the sémillon. Would be great paired with seafood.

I dig this. Both fleshy textured and crisp. This is a good wine for drinking while cooking and should do wonders at the table.

2011 Vintage . 13.8% Alcohol. Surprisingly good for 2011. Some acidity left to carry it.
