So delicious. Whilst not made oxidative still shows some slight acetone and blanched nut character, amongst some white florals, mandarin, minerality, bruised apple, real lemonade and tarragon. So fresh and briney, almost salty in the palate with just ripe stone fruits and ripe grape fruit character, supported by a faint cheesy note.
