Petrol-peach, lavender-rosemary, pickled zucchini nose with grilled bone marrow. The citrus notes, are from fallen lemons and limes. Medium heavy mouthfeel, exhibiting juicy pomelo, smoky limes, herbs de Provence, lemon in olive oil, bruised pear. It is very interesting on so many levels, and going to please many with its expansive substance. Perhaps I am a single varietal white wine drinker at this phase in my wine puberty.

You can taste the individual grapes. The crisp and acidic Sauvignon Blanc and the chardonnay and Viognier give it weight and a roundness in the palate. I like it but am not too crazy about it

I had this last night at a pairing with some super spicy fish stew. I thought the white blend balanced out the stew in a nice way. Clean finish and a Great price point.
