Deep, bright-rimmed ruby. Lively scents of ripe red and blue fruits, lavender and smoky minerals, along with a touch of cracked pepper. Seamless and energetic on the palate, offering spice-laced black raspberry, cherry and floral pastille flavors underscored by a vein of juicy acidity. Fantastic bottle. Bunches of lavender and a handful of violets mingle with red and blue fruits to form the very fragrant nose. Also, there was a whiff of grape Big League Chew, like putting your nose inside a freshly opened pouch. Big fruit flavors on the palate mix with cinnamon to produce an extremely enjoyable wine. 50% Cariñena, 50% Garnacha. 10/2/22.

A very well presented, mature red fruit yet light on the younger Spanish red. Great on the nose, smooth on the palette this finishes quite well - long and smooth. Red fruit dances all along the sip. Excellent meal or cheese companion!
