Buehler Vineyards
Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, lavender and cedar scents. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and currants with cacao, floral and oaky notes. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fruit, floral, oak and earthy mineral character. Very Nice!

Apr 4th, 2020Backup bottle just in case the ‘01 Newton didn’t want to play ball. This is a really solid Cab that exhibits notes of blackberries, plums, creme de cassis, and baking spices. On the palate suave tannins that can stand only a little further integration, but don’t detract from the present drinking experience. Brooding dark fruits, Luxardo cherries, and blackberry cobbler on the palate without being overtly jammy or extracted. I think this wine is balanced nicely and will only improve in the coming years.
