In top 3 of michigan Pinots. Brooding semi-smoky cherry up front but man, this just becomes a killer acid-driven gem. Not layered, but rather feels precise in mild mushroom earthiness, tart cherry, secondary clove. These guys and Bel Lago are serious players. I'd like to see the price go down, but I doubt that will happen.

This actually wasn’t that bad. Ripe cherries on the front side.

A solid Michigan Pinot. Basic on the nose with a lot of warm spices on the back end. Great for warming up to on a cold winters night.

So very glad this bottle survived the club shipment sent to us while living in NorCal, and the subsequent move back to Chicago. An absolute stunner of what the OMP is capable of delivering given enough time and patience. The harshness of youth washes away and reveals this interwoven fabric of forest floor, dark cherry, and acidity to balance the dance. Not as multilayered as other regions, but a perfect example of Brys in all its glory.

Great body for Michigan Pinot. Paired well with Latin food.

I'm not sure why but I didn't expect such quality from a Michigan winery. Nice atmosphere at the winery overlooking the vineyard and Grand Traverse Bay!

A little tart at first then smoother, lighter dry maybe not holding it's impression from the winery
