Lighter delicate reds lose thunder to bolder more sumptuous wines, but this dolcetto is prune and cranberry on the nose which starts singing after each taste. A perfect compliment to chicken and rich and memorable after the last bite.

Love it. Everything working together just the way it’s supposed to. Had with salumi and baked Brie.

Tart and fruity. Dry. I like. Pogo’s purchase.

Lots of flavor could be a little smoother maybe another year.

Subtle pepper and caramel notes over fruit of the forest.
