Light golden color. Intense aromas of lemon, jasmine, green orchard fruit and a bit of spent yeast. Flavors of lemon/lime, peach, nectarine and tropical fruit with additional notes of wet stones and crustacean shells. Long, clean and bright mineral laden finish. Creamy (lees aging?) texture. 12.5% alcohol. Quite complex and well crafted.
